Initial Comments:
An off-site followup survey conducted August 26, 2022, found The Waters Senior Living had corrected the deficiencies cited under 28 Pa. Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 611, Subpart H. Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiencies were cited as a result of an on-site follow up survey conducted on May 27, 2022.
